3. Use of Facility & Equipment

• Facility Access: Members are required to present their membership card or digital pass upon entering the gym at Defence Colony or New Friends Colony. Unauthorized access may lead to termination of membership.
• Use of Equipment: Members must use equipment in accordance with the instructions provided by FitnessSpa trainers or the equipment’s user manual. Misuse may result in injury and/or damage, for which FitnessSpa is not liable.
• Personal Belongings: FitnessSpa is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings at either location. Lockers are provided for temporary storage during your workout.
• Age Restrictions: Members must be at least 18 years old to join. Minors between the ages of 14 and 17 may join with parental consent and must be supervised during workouts at both branches.

4. Group Classes

• Class Enrollment: Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis at both Defence Colony and New Friends Colony branches. Members may reserve a spot online or at the front desk.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time to avoid being charged, applicable to the branch where the class is held.
• Instructor Substitutions: FitnessSpa reserves the right to substitute instructors or modify the class schedule as necessary at either branch.
• Class Conduct: Members are expected to follow the instructor’s guidelines and maintain a respectful environment for all participants at both locations.

5. Health & Safety

• Medical Clearance: Members are advised to consult a physician before starting any fitness program. By participating in activities at either FitnessSpa branch, you acknowledge that you are physically fit and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by exercise.
• Injury Waiver: FitnessSpa is not responsible for any injury sustained while using the facility or participating in classes at either branch. Members exercise at their own risk.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Members are required to wipe down equipment after use and maintain proper hygiene. FitnessSpa will ensure that both branches are clean and sanitary.
